The generous room size provided a comfortable space after busy days exploring the city.
The street noise was quite disruptive at night, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The location near Seminary Park is fantastic—everything I wanted to see in Guayaquil was within walking distance. My room was spacious, and I appreciated the running hot water. However, the hotel itself needs a lot of updates. The furniture is really old, and the elevator creaks heavily. There were issues with noise from the busy streets outside. The windows didn’t close properly, causing disturbances at night. The internet connection was also very slow, making it hard to stay connected. Even with the drawbacks, I feel the value is fair given the price and the area. It's not perfect, but it serves a purpose.

Had a great time at Rizzo! The location near Seminary Park is super convenient for exploring. My room was spacious with hot water, though it could use some updates. The noise from the streets was a bit much at times, but overall, it’s a solid choice for the price.

absoluteley disguisting experience at Rizzo. roaches, bad air conditioning, and woudl ve been nice to have some noise insulation too! i expected a room upgrade for suffering through such chaos but received instead a mediocre stay. couldn't even enjoy a decent night's sleep due to the constant noise from the street. i just couldn’t recommend this hotel.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored the Malecon 2000 and took a day trip to Parque Histórico. The staff were super friendly, and the rooftop pool was a great spot to relax. The location was perfect for grabbing local food and exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommend staying here!
One friend had trouble with the air conditioning in their room, which made the nights a bit uncomfortable.

We had a nice family trip at this hotel, especially enjoying the cable channels for kids! Our three little ones had a great time unwinding after our daily adventures. The proximity to attractions was perfect for family outings.
My wife says that the bedding could be improved for better comfort.

A Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement!
I enjoyed my stay, especially for exploring the bustling streets of Guayaquil. However, the noise from traffic was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep. A bigger concern was the lack of a backup generator during power outages. Bring along earplugs for a better night's rest.
